[SCIP] Solved!!! [Re: Time limit]

I installed a new version of cvxpy from github and now It worked. I set a
time  limit and SCIP gives me the last tried solution. I reccomend cvxpy to
everybody, It is a very clean and intuitive library that makes optimization
easier to model.
