[SCIP] Multi level repositories for the source code with SCIP

Dear all,

Instead of using .hpp and .cpp C++ source files in the same src folder,
I would like to use sub folders, like src/graphs and src/model and
src/utils etc. Did anyone construct a Makefile to do that already?

If yes, could you point me to the right resource? If not, is there a
specific reason why not?
