[SCIP] Problem with SCIP on NEOS

Hi,

I'm having trouble running SCIP on NEOS. The problem is that, depending on
which machine the job gets submitted to, the output is not returned or is
only partially returned because the execution does not reach the end of the
program. My guess is that some machines are not properly configured.

I just tested submitting the same model (attached) repeatedly through the
NEOS web interface, and

athene.la.asu.edu does not work
thales.la.asu.edu works
neos.la.asu.edu works

These are the machines I could get NEOS to submit my jobs today, but I
remember that last week I also had problem with sokrates. Aside from those,
I can't remember if there is any other problematic machine.
