[SCIP] LP numerical troubles.

Hi James,
you could add
SCIP_CALL( SCIPwriteLP(set->scip, "debug.lp") );
at solve.c:4624. This will write out the current LP.
Also a good idea is to turn on the parameter "display/lpinfo". This will
show the output of the LP-solver.
