[SCIP] Verry simple model seems very hard for scip

Hi,

it solves fine for me, log attached.

For nonlinear problems, the default gap limits can be very difficult to 
reach.
For this problem, if you've built SCIP without a NLP solver, then better 
set limits/gap to something like 1e-4.
