[SCIP] SCIP binaries for Mac OS X (ARM)

Dear Luca,

For that you can use the package manager homebrew. You can download precompiled binaries of SCIP, SoPlex and Papilo on homebrew for arm64.
After installing homebrew, you need to use the following command ```brew install scip``` to install the precompiled binaries of SCIP.
