[SCIP] Exception: SCIP: method cannot be called at this time in solution process!

Hi,

thank you for reporting this bug. I created an issue for this on the 
PySCIPopt GitHub page. Keep in mind that the examples in the unfinished 
folder are prone to be buggy.
