[SCIP] Clarification on SCIP Licensing Terms for Commercial Use

Dear Changxin,
I am very happy to hear about your plans to incorporate SCIP into your
planned development! There is no commercial version
of SCIP, and there is no need for any separate contract in order to use
SCIP in your development.
