[SCIP] Question about IT- security

Hi!

We would like to install and use Scip because it is a very efficient solver. However, our IT-department is sceptical towards open-source software. Do you have arguments that can make it easier for them to allow installing it on our computers? That is, to ensure them that Scip is a safe software.
