[SCIP] About cutting planes in SCIP

Hello all,

I have a question about cutting planes in SCIP 8.0.0 and later versions: Are all cutting planes right-hand-side inequalities, that is, can we always assume that the left-hand-side value of the corresponding row is -Infinity?
