a new bugfix release of the Optimization Suite has been published. This 
release brings
- PaPILO 3.0.1 (https://github.com/scipopt/papilo/releases/tag/v3.0.1)
- SCIP 10.0.3 (https://github.com/scipopt/scip/releases/tag/v10.0.3)
- SoPlex 8.0.3 (https://github.com/scipopt/soplex/releases/tag/v8.0.3)

Downloads are available at https://www.scipopt.org/index.php#download. 
Packages for Ubuntu 26.04 on x86_64 architecture have been added.
