[SCIP] Can't access scipopt home page

Unfortunately, I do not know when the SCIP website will be accessible 
again, but in the meanwhile you can find the source code of SCIP on 
GitHub at

https://github.com/scipopt/scip

The different releases of SCIP, including source code, are available at

https://github.com/scipopt/scip/releases
