[SCIP] ScipOpt Suite Source Code Version for CentOS platform

Hi,

if you need Cent OS 7 compatibility, then I would suggest compiling the 
latest version of the SCIP Optimization Suite from source.
Since CentOS 7 reached end-of-life in 2024, we do not provide 
precompiled libraries and executables for this system anymore.

The scipopt.org website should come back online tomorrow. The 
institution that hosts the page is doing maintenance today.
