this seems to be a problem in ZIMPL. You may try these solutions:<br>
<br>
1) in the zimpl-3.3.3 directory, copy the file
"make/make.cygwin.x86.gnu.opt" to "make/make.cygwin.x86_64.gnu.opt"<br>
2) compile the SCIP Opt Suite without ZIMPL support: "make
ZIMPL=false"<br>
