following our effort to externalize SCIP interfaces, we have added the

Java interface to our github repository:

The new interface is generated with the Simplified Wrapper and Interface

Generator (<a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="http://www.swig.org">www.swig.org</a>) which allows us to customize and extend the

interface more easily. We added some basic Java classes to the interface

for a more comfortable use.

Please feel free to test, use, and contribute to the interface.
