[Soplex] Error 500 when downloading soplex tgz

Yes, let me apologize very much.  Currently there are recurring problems 
with our webservers.  We are working on it, but it is not fully in our 
hands.

For SoPlex download only means source code, so I guess you can also get 
what you need from

    github.com/scipopt/soplex

?
