[Soplex] [ITDS-Warning: SPAM] SoPlex from Julia/MathOptInterface/JuMP

I have a branch and bound problem for which I was attempting to use 
CDDlib via the Julia/JuMP interface to obtain an exact solution.

There is an issue with CDDLib that I believe SoPlex avoids.
There is a JuMP interface to SCIP, but there does not appear to be a 
direct JuMP interface to SoPlex.

So I have two questions:

1) How much of the SoPlex capability is available via SCIP ?
     For example, is it possible to obtain the functionality described 
at https://soplex.zib.de/doc/html/EXACT.php indirectly via SCIP ?

2) Are there any plans for a direct SoPlex interface from Julia ?

P.S. I think scip_jll.jl is still building SCIP 8.x not 9.0 (and thus 
SoPlex 6.x not 7.0).
