[Kobv-opus-tester] Formulardaten abspeichern funktioniert nicht

Liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen,

nachdem man eine Sub-Kollektion ausgewählt hat, den Back-Button gedrückt 
hat, da man eine Hierachiestufe höher wollte und dann den Button 
"Formular abschicken" drückt, kommt folgende Fehlermeldung.
