A conference is dedicated to the memory of prematurely gone from the
life in 2007 corresponding member of National Academy of Sciences of
Ukraine, chair of Department for Applied Nonlinear Analysis at Institute
for Applied Systems Analysis of National Technical University of Ukraine
"Kyiv Polytechnic Institute", Valery Melnik.

The subject of conference reflects the numerous scientific interests
of Valery Melnik and is determined for either pure mathematicians
or business administrators or decision making system developers
to take part as well.

Young scientists are invited also to participate in conference.

The working languages of the conference are English, Russian, Ukrainian.

Abstracts review and program finalization: prolonged to March 15, 2009

CONFERENCE TOPIC
The subject of conference reflects the numerous scientific interests of
Valery Melnik and is determined for either pure mathematicians or business
administrators or decision making system developers to take part as well.
Young scientists are invited also to participate in conference.

- Differential-operator inclusions and variational inequalities.
- Theoretical tasks of optimization.
- The applied problems of optimization.
- Decision-making theory.
- Dynamic systems and attractors.
- Mathematical models of the complex systems.
- Application of optimization and modeling.

REGISTRATION FEES

Regular (Cash payment): 100 Euros
Regular (Cashless payment): 120 Euros
Student (Cash payment): 50 Euros
Student (Cashless payment): 60 Euros

It is possible to pay the registration fee in several ways:
- Cash payment, after the arrival on the conference.
- Cashless payment, before the conference begins. In this
   case the fee increases by the sum of VAT (20%).

THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:
- participation in all sessions;
- conference materials (final program, book of abstracts);
- participation in the welcome reception;

Abstract size is limited up to 300 words.
Language - English.
LaTeX layout is allowed to be used in abstracts.
