[Opt-Net] Conference on Optimization in Mongolia

The 4th International Conference on Optimization, Simulation and Control
will take place on July 1-4, 2013 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
This is the 4th event in the series of conferences on Optimization in
Mongolia following three successful meetings
held in 2002, 2007 and 2010.
The working language of the conference is English.
