[Opt-Net] 2014 Intl. Conference on Soft Computing & Machine Intelligence (ISCMI2014)

Dear Colleagues:

The 2014 Intl. Conference on Soft Computing & Machine Intelligence 
(ISCMI2014) welcomes the submission of papers!

The Conference will be held in New Delhi, India during September 26-27, 
2014. The main objective of ISCMI2014 is to present the latest research 
and results of scientists related to Soft Computing & Machine 
Intelligence topics. This conference provides opportunities for the 
delegates to exchange new ideas face-to-face, to establish business or 
research relations as well as to find global partners for future 
collaborations. We hope that the conference results will lead 
to significant contributions to the knowledge in these up- to- date 
scientific fields.

ISCMI2014 is organized by International Neural Network Society (INNS) 
India Regional Chapter and in association with iCOMSI.

All submissions will be peer reviewed, and all the accepted papers will 
be published in the ISCMI 2014 conference Proceedings by Conference 
Publishing Services, and will be submitted to be reviewed by the IEEE 
Xplore and Computer Society Digital Library (CSDL).

Selected registered papers from ISCMI 2014 will be invited to extend and 
publish in Special Issues of /Soft Computing Journal 
<http://www.springer.com/engineering/computational+intelligence+and+complexity/journal/500>/(Impact 
Factor: 1.124).

Selected registered papers with extensionwill be recommended to be 
published in /Journal of Computer/ 
<http://www.academypublisher.com/jcp/>(ISSN: 1796-203X), which is 
indexed by the EI Compendex, INSPEC, SCOPUS and etc.
