We would like to invite you cordially to submit a paper in the minitrack

"Humanitarian Operations Research – Decision Analytics for Crisis and 
Disaster Management"

for the 49th Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences, to be 
held January 5-8, 2016, at Grand Hyatt, Kauai, Hawaii (www.hicss.org).

The aim of this minitrack is to provide a forum for discussion on 
methodologies, solutions, and challenges related to decision analytics 
in humanitarian operations research.
