EUROPT 2016 Workshop Aims and Scope:

EUROPT Workshop on Advances in Continuous Optimization provides a platform
for bringing together researchers and practitioners to present and discuss
ideas, challenges and potential solutions on established and/or emerging 
topics
related to research and practice within the area of continuous optimization
and its applications.

We invite submission to the following areas:

     Linear and nonlinear local optimization
     Optimal control and applications
     Large-scale optimization
     Multi-objective optimization
     Mixed integer nonlinear optimization
     Robust optimization and applications
     Derivative-free optimization
     Semi-infinite programming
     Global optimization
     Stochastic optimization
     Complementarity and variational problems
     Optimization in data mining
     Conic optimization and semi-definite programming
     Optimization in industry, business and finance
     Complexity and efficiency of optimization algorithms
     Analysis and engineering of optimization algorithms
     Convex and non-smooth optimization

EUROPT2016 is the annual event of the EUROPT continuous optimization 
working
group of EURO (The Association of European Operational Research Societies).
This is the 14th such workshop and is held in collaboration with
the 28th annual EURO conference to be held in Poznań on July 3-6 2016
Talks should be related to continuous optimization theory, algorithms,
software or applications.

Call for Abstracts:

Abstracts submission is opened since February 1, 2016. Please sign up at
https://www.euro-online.org/conf/europt2016/ to create your EURO account 
and submit your abstract. All accepted abstracts will be included in the 
Book of Abstracts.

EUROPT 2016 Important Dates:

*Deadlines time: By midnight Warsaw Local Time - 23:59 GMT+2

April 10, 2016 - Final paper submission deadline

April 30, 2016 - Notification of acceptance deadline

May 14, 2016 - Standard registration fee deadline

June 27, 2016 - Late registration fee deadline

July 1-2, 2016 - Workshop

Selected papers presented at EUROPT2016 will be considered for 
peer-reviewed
publication in a special issue of Mathematical Methods of Operations 
Research.

Registration is already opened, with the fees having been
set as EUR 200 (Standard) and EUR 150 (PhD students) before May 15 2016.
Afterwards the respective fees will be EUR 270 and EUR 200.
