[Opt-Net] Faculty position in optimisation at ENSTA Paris

ENSTA Paris opens a faculty position in optimization in September 2021, 
ideally for an optimizer with a machine learning orientation. The 
profile sought is rather that of a confirmed candidate, at professor 
level, but the application of a very good younger candidate would be 
quite relevant.
