[Scip] Regarding expressing a constraint in a linear program

This is true. But adding an own constraint handler would be the "more advanced" variant which I 
guess is not what Gaurav wants to do... On the other hand, it would be nice if someone implements 
SOS1 and SOS2 constraint handlers and contributes them to SCIP.
