[Scip] Can I set all the callback methods to NULL in the constraint handler?

Dear all,

I am a newbie of SCIP.  Suppose in my branch and price, I won't add constraints in the course of solutions.  Can I set all the callback methods to NULL in the constraint handler?   And set the constraint data and constraint handler data to empty struct.
