[Scip] Gurobi LP interface

Hi,

regarding your questions, this happens with constraints i add manually,
i.e. SCIPcreateConsLinear(), and gurobi version 3.0.
Constraints aren't split up, but this might be because presolving is 
deactivated.
Anyway, speed was my only concern, so I'll just stick with CPLEX for now,
and maybe bug the gurobi mailing list about adding functionality later :)
