[Scip] SCIP 2.0.0 on a Windows machine

  Hello Sebastian,

I had some link errors too. The problem (I don't know whether it's a 
Visual Studio specific problem) was that there exist two files named 
"expression.c" one in "src/scip" the other in "src/nlpi". Renaming the 
one in "src/scip" solved my link errors.
