[Scip] Solution Parameter Feed-in

Sorry for my late replay.
Could you try to use below and let me know the result?

ARGS="default.set      test.lp     -s solpar.set -sr solpar.set"

If the instance was solved in racing stage, you have to specify -sr option, too.
