. This hopefully can be fixed by removing:

. This should result in:

$(SOPLEXLIBLINK): softlinkmsg $(SCIPDIR)
 @rm -f $@
 @$(LN_s) $(SOPLEXLIB) $@

$(ZIMPLINCLINK): softlinkmsg $(SCIPDIR)
 @$(LN_s) $(ZIMPLINC) $@

$(ZIMPLLIBLINK): softlinkmsg $(SCIPDIR)
ifeq ($(ZIMPL),true)
 @rm -f $@
 @$(LN_s) $(ZIMPLLIB) $@
endif

Hopefully, this will fix your compiling problems.
