[Scip] farkas pricing

Hi Alessia,

as you wrote about stabilization earlier: Are you stabilizing during
Farkas pricing? If so, do you want that (or are sure that it works)?
Maybe you could try to turn it off in this case.

Another idea on some other error that I have done before: If you solve
your pricing problem with a combinatorial algorithm, are you sure you're
not somewhere implicitly assuming some objective value?
