[Scip] SCIP Optimization Suite 3.0.2 released

Dear SCIPpers,

we are happy to inform you that version 3.0.2 of the SCIP Optimization
Suite has been released and can be downloaded from http://scip.zib.de. 
Precompiled binaries and libraries will follow soon.

The SCIP Optimization Suite 3.0.2 comprises SCIP 3.0.2, SoPlex 1.7.2, 
ZIMPL 3.3.1, GCG 1.1.1, and UG 0.7.2.  It contains mainly bugfixes and 
minor performance improvements.  Release notes of the individual 
software packages can be found online:
