[Scip] Examples for GCG

Hi Shanin,

currently there is no such example although we would like to have one. 
Somehow, I'm currently even unsure how you could make sensible use of 
GCG as a library. I had some ideas, but they didn't turn out to be useful.

Do you have any particular usage in mind? What do you want to do?
Maybe we can give you some pointers on what you should have a look at or 
what we should change in GCG in order to allow you to do what you want 
to do.
