[Scip] problem about SCIPgetLocalDualbound ()

hi,
  I have used SCIPgetLocalDualbound () to get dual bound of root node. however, SCIP returns -100000000000000000000.000000. I get the right LP model of root node. I do not know why this happens. 

 the SCIPgetPrimalbound(scip) and SCIPgetLPObjval(scip) are return the correct values.

would like give some suggestions about this.
