[Scip] problem about SCIPgetLocalDualbound ()

Dear Wei,

can you give more details?  For instance, when exactly do you call the 
methods SCIPgetLocalDualbound(), SCIPgetPrimalbound(), and 
SCIPgetLPObjval(), in which callback of which plug-in?  What does 
SCIPgetDualboundRoot() return?
