[Scip] SCIP binary holding output back?

Dear Gerald,
Many thanks for coming to the rescue! I didn't realise :-/ Now it seems
obvious that I should have looked at the stats. I couldn't copy that first
line, because the output overflowed my terminal buffer. And quite
foolishly, I quit SCIP before looking at the stats, which means I need to
run this problem again.
Apologies, thanks for your patience and I'll send the stats tomorrow (it's
going to take 4 h to recompute).
