[Scip] Scip under windows

Hi,

Thank you for your response.
Actually, I have installed MinGW and think have chosen all necessary
packages. After calling Make and entering all the directories, I am getting
the attached error. I guess there is sth wrong with gcc files but can't
figure out what it is.
