[Scip] VRP

Dear Bahar,

why do you set it to "/scipoptsuite-3.1.0/scip-3.1.0/make", this is just 
the make sub-directory of SCIP, isn't it? I.e., 
"/scipoptsuite-3.1.0/scip-3.1.0/" contains the directories "src/" 
"check/", "doc/", etc.? Then, SCIPDIR should just point to 
"/scipoptsuite-3.1.0/scip-3.1.0/" or did you copy some of the SCIP 
subdirectories around?
