[Scip] VRP

Dear Gerald,

I fixed that. I was somehow confused with the directory to make files.
However, calling "make" for the example, and entering the link"bin/VRP..",
it stops with the following:

Solving the vehicle routing problem using SCIP.
Implemented by Andreas Bley.

Usage: vrp [-h] datafile
Options:
 -h  Uses hop limit instead of capacity limit for tours.

I am not sure if this is normal. I was expecting it to run the example
after entering bin/vrp. I appreciate it if you help me out there.
