[Scip] lp solver clock type

Dear scip,

I obtained the following with scip 3.1.1, compiled using msvc:

WARNNG: LP solver reached time limit, but SCIP time limit is not exceed 
yet: you might consider switching the clock type of SCIP.

I tried set timing/clocktype = 2 (the default is 1), but the behaviour 
is still the same: SCIP terminates after a while.

Do I need to turn on extra flags during soplex compliation?
