[Scip] Where to find scip.set?

Dear all,

does an updated version of "scip.set" come with each release? If so, where
should I find it?

PS: I seem to have an older version of the file (released with version
3.0.0); it can be downloaded from NEOS, but it seems to be incompatible
with the latest release (3.1.1).
