[Scip] Error reading CIP problem [SCIP v3.1.0]

Hi Stefan,
Thanks for that! The CIP model is reading in correctly now. Which then brings me to the original question for this model - SCIP [3.1.1] appears to hang when solving it?

It gets to the above line, then stops (I get impatient after a few minutes - perhaps it does come back but it used to solve in ms with v3.0.2). Problem model attached.
