[Scip] Error reading CIP problem [SCIP v3.1.0]

Hi,

It seems to run fine on my machine, attached the log.
This is with SCIP 3.1.1 plus the patch I attached earlier.
If I cannot reproduce it on my machine, I doubt that there is much I 
could do.
