[Scip] How to set meta-options directly in the options file?

Dear Cristiano,

an easy solution would be to set the meta settings in the interactive 
shell and then saving them to a settings file:
"set diffsave awesome.set"
To see which settings deviate from their default values you can do 
"display parameters".
