[SCIP] Help to compile SCIP AMPL interface on Windows

Hello,

I would like to use SCIP to solve MINLP problems with AMPL.

I have tried to download the source code package (scip-3.2.1.tgz) but I
haven't been able to generate the SCIP-AMPL executable. Could you let me
know what are the steps to follow in order to compile this executable on a
Windows machine?
