[SCIP] SCIP symmetry handling

Dear SCIP Maintainers and Users,

I would like to test some symmetry handling methods of my own without
interference of the solver's internal symmetry handling methods.Therefore
I would like to ascertain whether it is possible to disable symmetry
handling in SCIP from its API/CLI, please? Possibly via <scip.set>
parameter file. Sorry but I could not find anything related to this topic
in the solver's online documentation. I am using SCIP version 3.0.1.
