[SCIP] Must I use *.zpl as the input of SCIP?

Hi,
I am new to SCIP.
My question is, does SCIP provide some lower interface so that I can build
my model through c++, not *.zpl?
Such as Xpress, CPLEX, all of which provide Java, C++ or Python interfaces
to build user's model.
