[SCIP] Reader problem with SCIP-Jack

Hi,

since I did not send my answer to the list, but just to the questioner:

1. For an SAP in .stp format an arc is specified as:

  A <tail> <head> <weight> <weight of anti-parallel arc"

"20000" (or a higher number) can be used to indicated the no
anti-parallel arc exists (which is a bit unfortunate, but has historical
reasons).

2. To get an STP solution from the interactive shell use:

  set stp logfile <outputname>

and after solving the problem:

  write stpsolution

Best
Daniel
