[SCIP] SCIP Input Format

Hi all.

I am using the scip solver 5.0.1. Is there a reference that describes the
input format to the scip solver? I am attempting to define a MINLP. The
examples in the check/instances/MINLP folder are not easy to decipher.

Any help would be appreciated.
