[SCIP] Can ParaSCIP accept NL-files?

Dear All,
is it possible to build ParaSCIP in such a way that it will accept
AMPL-stub (AKA NL-files) as "problem_file".
In other words - whether it is possible to build a kind of ParaSCIPAMPL?
